Craving for sushi but it needs to stay within KETO? I was fortunate to stumble upon this recipe which is so easy to make! I adopted it as my main dishes. The good news is you can find substitutes for anything these days.

The more you make, the more it serves. You are the chef, you are your own critic, add ingredients as you like. Very low carbs, I think in total it's under 5 g carbs for 5 rolls. And I'm already full after 2 rolls, long rolls. My Keto tuna method is super easy, takes me less than 15 minutes altogether.
List of Ingredients
Cauliflower Rice (optional)
Mayonnaise
Sriracha
Cucumbers
A Can of Tuna
Avocado (optional)
Cream Cheese (optional)
Seaweed Sheets (any kind, up to you)
A plate or a wooden platter or clean flat surface to roll your sheets
Step 1:
Open a can of tuna, drain the water from the can and dump the tuna into a bowl. Then, tablespoon of Mayonnaise and a tablespoon of Sriracha, put it all in a bowl and mix. Depending on how strong you want it tasting, feel free to add more. I put a lot in mine.
Step 2:
Chop the cucumbers into tiny sticks and set it aside. Step 3:
Warm up the Cauliflower Rice, and if you want you can add some FlavorGod seasoning to your liking if you want. Click here for FlavorGod seasoning
Step 4:
Lay out the seaweed sheets one at a time. First, spread the cauliflower rice on the entire sheet. Second, spread the bowl with the tuna, mayo, and sriracha on the entire sheet or however you prefer if you want per line as you roll. Thirdly, put a few cucumber sticks on the spread and roll. And repeat.
And voila you are done! You can either chop them up in small pieces but as for convenience purposes for me, I eat them by the roll.
Summary
It is so easy and quick. Again, you are the chef and you can add more or less of the ingredient. Most of these ingredients are found in any supermarket.
Sometimes when I'm lazy and feeling practical, I only use:
Mayonnaise
Sriracha
Cucumbers
A Can of Tuna
Seaweed Sheets
